Delivery

Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, with exception of Swedish public holidays. We usually ship the same day, or the day after the order comes in. Let us know if you have questions about your order. We always ship with tracking IDs for all our orders. If we forget to mail you the tracking id, let me know and I will send it.

US, Japan, Australia & New Zealand customers: We ship with Post Nord. When the parcel arrives in you country, the local post office i.e. USPS in the US, takes over. The same tracking ID applies. We  do not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery charges DO NOT cover any eventual import costs.

European customers:
Delivery charges DO NOT cover any eventual import costs for non EU countries. 29NIKU uses Post Nord for shipping. A Swedish order will be sent to your nearest local delivery point and you will be notified once your package has arrived. The package must be picked up within 14 days of arrival, if not the package will be sent back to us and you will be charged 100 SEK (covers cost of sending and returning the package).

Returns

Customers are liable for all the return shipping costs to 29NIKU. It seems that shipping prices are getting crazy after the pandemic. So make sure you get the right size. Contact us if you have any questions! We advise all customers to return products via a recordable or tracked means as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in return transit. When returning your order to us, you MUST make sure you keep your receipt which is proof of shipping. If you do not have this in the event of a missing parcel, we may not be able to refund or replace any of the items. When your return has been received we will examine it and can then process your refund. We will refund the whole of the original purchase amount minus the cost of the initial shipment charge if your total original order is returned. Your original form of payment for your purchase will be credited.
